Whats your Availability?

My availability can be found

1-2 hours notice for same-day bookings, based on my availability for the day.
24-48 hours notice is recommended to avoid disappointment.

Where are you located?

In the heart of Gastown accessible by public transit, limited street parking is available.

I host in New West & North Burnaby throughout the month, check my availability to see which location I'm available at.

I see clients age 20+ , respectful of boundaries & ready to have fun!

All genders, abilities & ethnicities are welcome.

Do inform me before our date if you have any accessibility needs or health conditions.

I do not offer couple or duo dates,

What are your Restrictions?

BBFS(bareback full service),Greek/Anal, Digits, COF (cum on face), Rimming on you, Rough Play, Filming.

Derogatory language, Disrespectful behavior or Substance Use will result in end of session.

What are your Expectations?

That you

Read through this page prior to our date.
Arrive on time, clean & freshly groomed.
Teeth Brushed/Flossed/Mouthwash.
Genitals / Butt washed with Soap.
Finger nails trimmed & clean.
If you have not showered in the last 15 minutes , you will be asked to upon arrival.
Donation pre-counted in an envelope handed to me upon arrival.

All personal items :

phone / smart watch/ ear buds, clothing, backpack, glasses

must be kept in the washroom to ensure privacy & discretion is maintained.

DO NOT :

Arrive sick with a cold, contagious skin condition or other illness.
Under the influence of alcohol or drugs (with the exception of 420)

If you are found using substances during our time together, you will be asked to leave, forfeiting the date fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Amazon.ca E Gift card (deposits only)

What's your Deposit Policy?

$50 per half hour booked.
$100 deposit per hour booked (GFE)
$150 per hour booked (PSE/Kink)
Payment via Amazon.ca E gift card.

Time will not be reserved until a deposit is received,

Deposits are non refundable,

Deposits must be used towards a session within 30 days.

In the rare event I have to cancel your deposit will be moved to a future date.

What if I'm late or need to cancel?

Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

All cancellations will result in forfeit of deposit.
Cancellations within 48hrs notice will require 50% of date fee.
Cancellations within 24hrs or same day will require 100% of date fee.
Cancellation fee will be required to be paid before future dates are booked.

Running Late

Late with notice - I will adjust our session based on my availabilty
15 mins Late- I will adjust our session to your arrival time (ie: 30 mins will be 15 mins)
No show, you will be asked to pay cancellation fee in full.

Do you offer 15 minute appointments?

Occasionally, while visiting locations outside of Gastown, I will offer 15- minute meetings.

Keep your eyes peeled on my ads for the occasional quick experience, based on my discretion.

Asking for a discount or engaging incorrectly will result in you being blocked.

My unblock fee starts at $100 & can be sent via Amazon E gift card to my email
